In the email this morning I found a message from somebody who had downloaded RemoteEdit and was experiencing a problem. I replied saying that we had found and fixed the bug, but instantly I got this back:

Uh... my provider (i.net) is one of the major European professional ISPs, I seriously doubted that messages coming from thousand of people might be blocked by some blacklist.
I called them and they replied that indeed yes, their relay is blocked, that they have been trying to get off that list for at least three monts but to no avail. Apparently osirusoft.com list is cross referenced with other lists, so even if you can get off one of these lists, you are going to be blocked again as soon as it synchronize with another from which you have not removed yet.
To be noted that these organizations do not have any "official" authorithy, but they are used by an increasing number of ISPs to block spam (which is good), but from time to time they are also blocking regular traffic (which is bad).
Gotta convince more people to use I/O!
